The Pittsburgh Tribune Review reports that Pittsburgh Steelers safety Troy Polamalu was not allowed to speak to the media about his injury on Wednesday after showing up at practice wearing a large leg brace.
Polamalu did not participate in practice on Wednesday.
Steelers team spokesman Dave Lockett informed the media that Polamalu would not answer any questions regarding the injury, which is expected to keep him out of the Steelers' game against the Chiefs this week and had ben previously reported as a PCL sprain.

According to the Pittsburgh Tribune Review, Troy Polamalu strained his calf while warming up before the Steelers' AFC divisional playoff game against the San Diego Chargers. He was not introduced before the game with the rest of the Steelers' defensive starters, and coach Mike Tomlin said he wasn't sure Polamalu would play until he trotted onto the field with the rest of the first-team defense after the opening kickoff.
Polamalu played the entire game, which the Steelers won, 35-24.
Tomlin stated that he's going to be fine to participate in Sunday's AFC Championship Game against the Baltimore Ravens.
