The Arizona Republic reports that Cardinals left tackle Mike Gandy may have to sit out of Sunday's game against the Vikings.
The story notes that Gandy aggravated an existing injury to his pelvic/groin region in last week's game against the Titans. If he does not play this week, it will be the first game Gandy has missed since 2004.
The Cardinals are expected to start Jeremy Bridges in Gandy's place if he does not play.

The Cardinals came out hot in the first half and took a 21-3 lead, but in the second half the Rams came back.
The Arizona Republic reports that Kurt Warner didn't play in the second half after suffering a head injury - most likely a concussion.
The Cardinals' offense did little under backup Matt Leinart, and the defense did its part in keeping the Rams' hopes alive, failing to shut down an anemic offense.
The biggest concern now is Warner's condition. After the game, he said he had a slight headache but did not lose consciousness or memory.

According to the Arizona Republic, the Cardinals drafted two running backs over the weekend, which is expected to lead to the release of running back Edgerrin James.
With selection of Chris "Beanie" Wells in the first round and LaRod Stephens-Howling in the seventh, the club now has five backs on the roster, excluding James.
James could be released before the team's mandatory minicamp this weekend.

Cardinals coach Ken Whisenhunt fired defensive coordinator Clancy Pendergast less than a week after the team played in the first Super Bowl in the organization's history.
Pendergast was defensive coordinator for the past five years and one of two coaches retained when Whisenhunt became head coach two years ago.
In his first two seasons, the Cardinals defense was ranked 12th and 8th. The Cardinals fell to 29th in 2006 and were 17th and 19th the past two seasons.

Boldin wants his deal redone and said during the season that he never would re-sign with Arizona again, but many around the league believe that as long as the Cardinals make a sufficient offer, then Boldin will agree to stay.
